Targeting Hierarchy
PepeProxy supports three levels of geographic targeting. Choose the precision level that matches your needs:
1. Country Level
Target any country in our network. Ideal for general geo-specific access. IPs are randomly selected from anywhere within the country.
Example: United States
2. Region/State Level
Narrow down to specific regions or states within a country. Useful for regional content access or compliance requirements.
Example: United States → California
3. City Level
Target specific cities for maximum precision. Perfect for hyper-local testing, ad verification, or city-specific content access.
Example: United States → California → Los Angeles
How Targeting Works
When generating proxies in the PepeProxy dashboard, you’ll see a cascading selection interface:
- Select a Country: Browse or search through 200+ countries
- Optional - Select a Region: If available, choose a specific state/region
- Optional - Select a City: If available, choose a specific city
You can stop at any level. If you only select a country, proxies will be randomly distributed across all regions and cities within that country.

ISP Targeting
In addition to geographic targeting, you can optionally specify ISP (Internet Service Provider) preferences. This allows you to select IPs from specific residential networks:
- Target specific ISPs like Comcast, Verizon, BT, etc.
- Useful for testing ISP-specific content delivery
- Ensures IPs match authentic residential patterns
Pro Tip: ISP targeting is optional. For most use cases, country or city-level targeting is sufficient. Use ISP targeting only when you specifically need IPs from certain networks.
